Standard delivery time usually takes 3-5 business days, when the Order is received before 2:30 PM KSA time.

HOW RETURNS WORK
Vendor Policies Apply
- Each vendor sets their own specific return and refund terms
- Return policies are displayed on individual product pages
- Policies vary by vendor and product type
- You agree to the vendor’s policy when you make a purchase
Minimum Customer Protections
All vendors must provide at least:
- 7-day return period for defective or damaged items
- Full refund for items not as described
- Refund processing within 5-7 business days approved return
All items should be returned with their original boxes and in good condition with the original receipt attached.

When a wrong item is received, you may file a Return ticket. The item should be returned to JuanDeal fulfillment center by the customer in its original packaging and in good condition, not used and opened.
When an item is damaged, customer may file for a Return/Refund ticket and send to JuanDeal fulfillment center the item on its original packaging.
JuanDeal has a return/refund button to raise a ticker of your issue.

Send an email to support@juandeal.com and place in the Subject: Incorrect Shipping Address on Order No. _____. In the body of the email, send us your correct shipping address with the attached invoice of your purchase. JuanDeal is not responsible for the delivery of items to incorrect shipping address.
Changing an order will not be possible once the order has been submitted. But it can cancelled as long as the order has not been dispatched or shipped.
